Statement on the position of athletes from Russia and Belarus

NOC*NSF fully supports the enforcement of the sanctions previously imposed by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) against Russia and Belarus.

This means that no joint international sporting events take place in Belarus and Russia and that individual athletes or teams that wish to participate in sporting events elsewhere cannot do so under the flag of Russia or Belarus.

NOC*NSF also endorses the reaffirmed solidarity with Ukraine and support for Ukrainian athletes around the world.
